Bylaw Revisions: Term Limits

The result of voting opened to membership in January 2020 is to ratify a change to the bylaws to expand term limits for Board of Director positions.

Previous Bylaw: Article IV-1-A:

5. A full term of office shall equal (2) calendar years for the year 2008. A full term of office shall equal (1) calendar year effective 2010.

6. No one person shall hold office in the same position for more than (2) consecutive terms with the exception of the President who shall not serve more than (4) consecutive terms.

Revised Bylaw: Article IV-1-A:

5. A full term of office shall equal (2) calendar years.

6. No one person shall hold office in the same position for more than (4) consecutive terms.
