United States American Bulldog Club Scorebooks
Official scorebooks are required for entry to all AWDF sanctioned events. One scorebook is required for each dog which must be transferred with the dog when and if the dog is transferred to a new owner.
Per AWDF, effective January 1, 2019: In order for your dog to have “American Bulldog” listed on an AWDF scorebook, it must be issued by USABC otherwise the breed ID will be listed as MIX BREED. If there is no breed club for a specific breed of dog, any AWDF member breed or sport club can issue a scorebook to that dog provided that proof of registration with an FCI recognized organization is provided.
Sport organizations (USMRA, DVG, etc.) use their own criteria to determine the breed of a dog.
USABC membership is a prerequisite for scorebook and club applications.
